This is funny.

Yesterday I turned on my L322, everything seemed to be ok but no sound came from the radio. Orange light was on, screen ok. Thinking about a glitch, I turned off the car and waited 5 minutes. Turned it on, and this time no orange light. Pressing the button didn't get any results.

I opened the LH compartment to have a look, only to find out that the brackets that surround the BM54 were quite hot.

Couldn't pay more attention to the matter because I had to go to a wedding.

Today I took the car for a ride and still no signs from the radio. Decided to remove the BM54 to see if the fuse was gone. After removing it, I found out that the radio itself was *quite* hot. Fuse was ok.

I brought it home, waited for it to cool down, opened it and everything seems to be ok... no signs of melting. It must be said that mine has the upgraded amp from the famous Romanian geek.

What now? It's very hot in these days in Italy (35-38 degrees usually). Could it be the cause of the problem, since the upgraded amp shuts down in case of overheating? Anything else? Roberto
