My god it can't be THAT bad! Wink Shocked Laughing

In your shoes, I'd probably go for a Vogue.
You don't want the RSE anyway and the only main differences are the cooled (and perforated) seats and a few odds and ends like corning lights. Do you need a few extra gadgets?

Having just moved from a Vogue to an SE it really doesn't make that much difference. Same car, same main features.

Depreciation won't be much different, but you'll probably lose a little bit more on a Vogue SE as there'll be more of a price gap to the Vogue now than in three years when it's older. (IMHO)

In short, the VSE maybe a little better, but the standard Vogue is still a bl Censored dy nice car. Thumbs Up

2010 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Stornoway Grey

On present performance iT, you will never get an RRS, there is just too much choice out there.
There's nowt wrong with an RRS but don't expect any pre 20101MY car to have the quality of finish that a FFRR has had since 2002 - also the 3.0ltr TDv6 has almost the same performance as the 3.6TDv8 - expect to pay around ฃ32k for a below average miles (27,000 miles) 3 years old RRS TDv8 HSE without privacy or RSE, 2007 on a 57 plate Wink I'm on my 2nd FFRR, but between them I ran both a 2.7RRS SE and a 3.6 HSE.

FFRR Vogue wants for nothing - the extra bits that are standard on the SE over a Vogue are not necessary for the driving pleasure - ducks to wait for incoming flack from SE owners 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - itโ€™s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

If you can get a Vogue with 20"s and RSE then that would be best value for money, however a VSE wouldn't be much more. Thumbs Up

I'm sure something will come into us that fits the bill, and as you know Jeremy is keeping you informed. All I'd say is if the right car crops up (not necessarily with us) then jump on it as good spec, in-warranty TDV8's with RSE are not hanging around. Embarassed

I don't think an RRS will feel opulent enough?

I don't believe it! Shocked

I was looking for a Cairns 08 TDV8 but couldn't find one as they are so rare, so sent for a grey one instead.

It's become an obsession now... I look at autotrader, Land Rover site, Pistonheads, Exchange and Mart, Vcars and motoring at least 5 times a day and it's the same old stuff on there.. I have my name down with a few dealers and am on there watch list, but nothing.

Just to remind everybody of the spec's I would like, just in case anyone see's one.

Grey, Black or maybe silver? (not sure on the silver)
2008 se
Lowish mileage
Black leather and black wood trim
Factory tints
Rear DVD a bonus but not essential
and not a stupid price...

There's other bit's I would like, but I can add them at a later stage

Thanks Guy's...

I see Mick, perhaps they put the Stormers on to enhance it. Personally I prefer the normal 20" SE wheels, so perhaps there is a deal to be had somewhere so that they keep the wheels and reduce the price?

There is a silver with black leather VSE on the approved used things iT LAD.
No doubt you've seen it though...
08, 42k. Little expensive maybe as it has about 30k on the clock.
