Light control module reconditioning

I've had a fast flashing drivers side indicator for a few weeks , full set of new bulbs did nothing also checked all the connections etc with no joy, so today removed the LCM and found what you see in the pics below.

Now my question is does anyone know of a decent place that might be able to refurb it , the chip in the picture has lost one pin to rust , I've cleaned the board as best I could with contact spray cleaner but it still gives the same problem of fast drivers indicator . Everything else works fine . As a last resort before binning it and forking out the ridiculous amount for a new one I would change the chip myself , but would prefer an expert to have a look first , any ideas much appreciated .

i've been to BBA reman, very professional operation. Had them sort out a comms 2000 unit on a Citroen for me.

Hey, just a question from left field.. looking to see if I can use an LCM from a BMW E39 in my 2004 L322.. the Units themselves are virtually identical.. Both 'LCMIII', both the same shape and size. Same plug orientation. I ask because the BMW lear LCMIII seems to be a lot more readily available.. and cheaper. anyone tried this? Once you've driven a Range Rover, everything else seems 2nd rate.. Eeeek I'm trapped for life.
