Might be the fan in the ECU box just behind the head light, that is the only electrical thing that I can think of on that side of the engine bay that operates with the key out. Unless you've got one of those poorly made Solihull examples where some fool put the steering wheel on the wrong side, for a joke |

The fans are like those found in a computer, from what I'm lead to believe, so I imagine that the bearings have given out and its got a bad case of the wobbles |
