tyrepressure coopers 48 or 42 psi??

Bought 5 new Coopers LTZ 275/45/20 for the Range and had a discussion with the garage about tyre pressure
I was told that the pressure should be 48 PSI/ 35 bar while other sources say 42 PSI.
Any opinions?

Thanks in advance and have a nice day
Robert

48 is a bit high ,mine are a tad noisier at high pressures and if you take them off don't rotate ,always back on to the same hub to avoid more noise Thumbs Up
Try high 30's and see how it feels , I am and I'm not getting unusual wear . 2008 MY Supercharged

Thanks Stan, done the formula and got 37 psi and that makes the tyre look very much underinflated.
Will try Haylands method. Difference between cold and warm tyre 4 psi.
