Newbie FFRR owner, Footwell blows cold air only?

Hi there!
I have just purchased a FFRR 4.2 SC with Overfinch finish, I love it but as with these complicated cars, it has a few issues which I'm looking forward to sorting out in the coming weeks.
My main issue is that on my long drive home yesterday when I collected it it seemed to only blow out cold air in my footwell, I didn't notice it at first but as I switched between manual settings and auto I only got piping hot air from the middle and top dash vents, not the footwells, any ideas would be much appreciated?

I would run with it a few days more, the heating system just is maybe to clever and deciding your feet are to hot. Try it a while longer in differing weathers. Many thanks

Could be dirt/Fluff stopping the flaps opening behind the dash. try cycling through the 3 buttons on the dash (screen/face/foot)
