my new toy

Picked it up last Wednesday after a 4 months wait
absolutely love the car
visited the aged parents in Norfolk at the weekend the car performed superbly, 350 miles & according to the dash averaged 40.5 mpg
doesn't seem to wallow so much in the corners & roundabouts but it is lighter than the 4.4 tdv8, really like the gesture tailgate and the shadow chrome wheels they are subtle
already had an argument with the SWYS lady Laughing

a couple of photos taken at the showroom surprised how different the colour looks according to the light, the first picture really is the colour




 various other LR's this one is still the best

not sure about the bright silver grille though - seems a little to bright



have ordered a SVA version from CTC



what do you reckon - not seen this grille on a red one various other LR's this one is still the best

Not sure about all that black - I've been having similar thoughts, but I have a black car to start with.

I'm considering colour coding just the outer grey bit - but not decided yet.

The one I see often has no chrome, black grill & side trims & wheels, looks great! Don't see no steamboats by the way!
