Hi all,
How do I find out the code for the leather in my 03 L322. I had a look around the drivers dooor but only info on wheel/tyre pressure. I also looked on the front radiator panel and found a 13 character code that goes like R134a XX?XX?X.

If I do find a code then what do I do with it to find the trim color.

Have you tried visiting a dealer? If you give them your VIN they will be able to find out the exact specification for your vehicle. For example mine is Java Black with Desert Sand interior.

Ah didn't bother Steve,
Thought it may be simle enough to get a code from the car or throw the vin number into something like microcat if someone had a copy.

I emailed Landrover Customer service about this last week, they provided me with the build sheet and confirmed the interior colour.

for future reference the sticker with your paint code on it should be on the left hand front suspension turret under the bonnet, (just ahead of the battery). I don't think it has your actual trim code. the R134a sticker is just technical data for your A/C system (R134a is a refrigerant gas)

A build sheet is definitely the best thing to get, you can learn all sorts about your car from it.

Ok, got the build sheet back and tells me that the trim colour used on the vehicle is: Aspen Ox and the seats is: Oxford Leather. Spoke with the "dye "guy and he says "aspen" is green. My trim is definitely not green, in my eyes anyway, so who is correct.

That is Aspen it's a grey green and I'm only guessing because I can't see it in the flesh but your door cards look like parchment which was the colour most likely mixed with Aspen . 2008 MY Supercharged

Aspen is green. I expect you have green carpets and green piping on your seats? Your seats main colour is likely to be "sand" sort of beige or "parchment" which is somewhere between cream and beige.

You should be able to clip a small bit from the bottom of your seat and send it to the dye specialist to match up.

Oxford is the style/quality of the leather.

Your build sheet should say Aspen/Parchment or Aspen/Ivory sir...

The Aspen is the Green and the cream is either Parchment or Ivory... Too close to tell from a photo!

Another way will be to look under the seat or behind the door card at the build stickers... They will tell you what the colour is

Oh and the Oxford Leather reference is the type or quality of the leather on your seats sir... Ox is the best in your year

Looks like Aspen/Ivory to me... same as mine although your seats are aspen with ivory piping and mine are the other way round... Pete

You got it right with the Ivory, I just had another email back from Land Rover that said
"I can confirm the trim is "Aspen Ivory Interior" and "Ivory Leather Seats".

Its the door card that has the scuffing on the Driver side door handle, so now to get some ivory dye.
