If the drop links went, then other ball joints and bushes can have worn as well. Only way is to get under and check all the ball joints / bushes.

Agreed I changed my drop links and shortly after the bushes and ball joints needed looking at |

Likely to be the bottom ball joint on the front arm these seem to be the first to go imho.

Just had my drop links and front arms replaced following an MOT failure. All covered under extended warranty but 2011MY 4.4 TDV8 has only done 70k. As others have said, they probably won't be the only items requiring attention. The noise I was getting was a loud creaking noise. 4.4 TDV8 Vogue Baltic Blue MY11 |
