So a whole week with my new motor , sorry "proper" motor , and its been a learning curve !
I had my last car for 5 years ( Skoda Octavia ) and it did the job i asked of it brilliantly but it was a washing machine ( just an object i had no emotional attachment to ) , this is so different .

All sorts to get used to ...
The steering wheel is HUGE
I am almost level with truck cabs !!
Don't forget its LONGER and WIDER than the last car !!
The auto box is holding lower gears for a long time under acceleration ...is something WRONG !! ( no its just different CALM DOWN )
GOD its quiet in here !!
Seats are comfy !!
Jesus look at all the space !!!
And best of all , everyone lets me pass first !! ( your far bigger than me YOU go first ) thank you ...

Getting ready to put the old car on Ebay and when i got in it was like being dragged along on a blanket !!

Yes my fuel costs have doubled and it costs more in tax and insurance , but what else am i working for ? It makes a dreary 80 mile round trip on M6/M62 dual carriageways ALOT less of a chore and for that its a MASTERPIECE !!!

I have a 2012 4.4 tdv8 29,000 miles that I got a few weeks ago,I have a friend who has the same car but 80,000 miles, after taking mine for a run he said he thought his held lower gear for to long especially uphill but mine was just the same, so don't panic must be normal : thumbsup:
