Hi All

I want to strip and re-paint my interior E post panel covers but has anyone ever found a replacement paint that is the same as the factory coating. I don't think it is just paint, its more like a rubber/plastic coating that peels when you rub it and I want to re-paint the cover using authentic paint if possible as they are currently quite scratched with the parcel shelf keep catching it.

The car is Java black with a Jet/Sand interior. Anyone got any ideas where I can source this paint from?

Never seen anything like the original paint, you can do them with leather paint which is latex based, if you use an adhesion promoter, but it doesn't give that soft feel finish...

Have you asked Dan how much new ones are, sometimes there not to bad for trim pieces...??? Pete
