Might be water in the ECU, was it an external wash, or did the engine get done as well? Only you'll soon discover that the Range Rover doesn't actually like water, especially under the bonnet If a wet engine is the cause, it should dry out and hopefully all will go back to being normal
And if you feel the need to clean the engine bay then might I suggest some WD40 and a rag, it will look shinier for longer and the car will love you for it Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!
