OEM ofc , I know most going to recommend craig, but i am not sure if he ships his parts very far away especially if it includes headlights.

any ideas for a good websites? and why ?

I don't think there is a 'kit' - this thread has a step by step guide & includes a list of the parts that you would need.

You'd need to try eBay etc for what you can and then Dan for the rest.

Facelifts were very common here while the L322 was still in production - that was really down to availability of parts - and people would spend money on making their car look like a current model. The conversion is not cheap, so as the value of the cars has reduced, makes less and less sense.
