Is the website not returning an unlock code?

I replied to your PM. As I said there, tho, I did not see any mails from you in the support at gap-diagnostic dotcom inbox.

The server shows no record of you submitting an activation code. Please follow the instructions in the quick start guide to retrieve your activation code, create an account and login on our website, enter your activation code, and you WILL receive your unlock code back.

Sorry that the activation seems complex, but we need to protect ourselves...

You will need access to a PC or Mac as LfW said so that you can update the IIDTool's firmware. An iPad has no provisions for a USB connection to an external device, so there is no way we could run the updater program over this even if it were possible to get iOS to support the program.

Please send a mail to the support address if you need help. PMs are not a good way of contacting us as we are not on the forums all the time.
