Used the laser tool from above from Halford and they popped off with ease! Kept the nut on the bolt to stop them flying somewhere.

New arms and flat wipers now installed finally !! Happy now

Thanks to this thread I’ve managed to use the Laser 1793 puller to remove a very stubborn wiper arm (several local garages couldn’t remove the arm with their pullers.

I thoroughly recommend the Laser tool if you’re struggling with a stuck wiper arm.
