The function is called easy access and is in the central screen on your dash TFT, you adjust it using the steering wheel buttons and is in the same menu system as things like “forward alert” or “full beam assist” etc etc etc

Mine is switched OFF!!! and i suggest everyone else that values their electric column does too

For the second time today.....this is good info Craig...I am doing this, this evening....providing I can find it....OR is this an IID tool only 'feature' !! Is this where I put the car details and a bit about myself ?........

Having read CTC post, I checked ours and switched it off via the steering wheel buttons/ dash menu options. Literally push a button to disable it and no IID tools required

Well I am stumped...is it on later ones, mine's a 2007....what's the button procedure?

TFT dash > am guessing ? Is this where I put the car details and a bit about myself ?........
