Switch below steering wheel?

Hi Folks.
After changing my battery yesterday I plugged in the RR to clear fault codes
and while I was plugging in I noticed a small switch below the steering wheel.
Anyone know what this is?

It's a transport switch for the delivery drivers to use, they disable it when they do the PDI.... Pete

Thanks Haylands. It has left/right arrows on it. I pressed it a few times will it cause me a problem?

its a kill switch that switch's of the electronics for shipping purposes, its de-activated on the dealership pdi.. ... - .- -.
