I am a fan of Natty's paste and have run out....I am keen to try something else but; sometimes if it ain't broke, don't fix it?

PB do a Natty liquid and I am yet to hear how successful it is. Anyone here used it ? Is this where I put the car details and a bit about myself ?........

Can't recommend this stuff highly enough I first picked it up a few years ago whilst I was in Indonesia and since then it's made it way across here ,I use the dark wax and even when my cars dirty it still has a nice reflectivity to the bodywork and it makes it easier to jet wash off

Just for long lasting shine and a very slick finish, Autosmart Topaz.

I've done the rounds of testing of products and happened across this stuff by accident. It is uber easy to apply and remove in bright sunshine or cold days and the results are amazing.

The first test I did was on a Merc SL in Iridium silver; one coat applied and after six weeks, the car was still ridiculously easy to wash because nothing stuck to the paintwork. I became bored with waiting so applied another coat….took me all of fifteen minutes to apply and remove.

Next tests were on a Merc Vito in Flint grey, a Merc C-Coupe in black and a new Merc-A-Class in white, all with the same results. Now, I use it on the FF.

It is now the only 'shine and protect' product I use. Only available from Autosmart and a couple of sellers on Ebay in 1l bottles and 5l cans…..I have taken delivery of the latter two days ago having finally finished the 1l 'tester' I bought a year ago.

If you live close enough to me, you are welcome to try some of mine before committing to buy. I will stress that this is a hybrid with fillers that they call a polish but I only ever apply by hand as a protector so wouldn't want to say how it would be applied by machine……so easy and quick by hand, there really hasn't been any need to try mechanical means.

I'm in Cheshire but thanks for the offer!

I have heard good reports about the Autosmart luxury polish and it's not expensive either, is the Topaz product similar to this? Is this where I put the car details and a bit about myself ?........

Started to use their King of Gloss wax after recommendations on other forums - so simple to apply and remove. the first time I applied it all over the FF it did't even look like I had opened the tin as it goes such a long way, so I decided to give it two coats Very Happy
Even better is that the guy that sells it is 5mins away from me Thumbs Up

really need to get out there and give the FF some pampering Big Cry Regards

£21 but he did change the application sponge to a much finer one whilst I was there.

Look on the website that Ivor gave a link to Regards

I had to look that one up; looks like it came out in 2009 but don't recognise it from their current list http://www.autosmart.co.uk/Polishes.html

For longevity, I prefer modern 'potions' over carnuba based waxes. Just a preference and probably why Topax suits me well.

I use an American product called Harly Wax on all my vehicles.

It's available on eBay via a distributor for around £30 and, as per the products above, is easy and quick to apply following the usual washing, clay barring, cutting and polishing processes.

This is the gorgeous beading it helped create on our Jaguar.

Ordered a bottle of Topaz. Came in a neutral 1L bottle like it's been decanted from a larger container. I am ok with this providing it's not dodgy...the fleabayer quarantees its topaz...but could I ask; is it purple and smells of furniture polish ! Is this where I put the car details and a bit about myself ?........
