Can you update Gracenotes?

On my old bose system they would send you a new CD so you could update the Gracenotes file. What happens with the RR, given some of the CDs I'm now putting in are newer than the car is there any way to have Gracenotes updated to the latest register?

This has acted as a reminder for me - I've queried the update on the thread I started that Alistair refers to - we'll see what they come back with - otherwise, I will find out next week when I have it serviced.

That cant be right surley ? a quick search of the internet shows Mitsubishi and Mazda has an update process available for download and I cant imagine they are the only ones ?

Thanks guys. I would at least expect the main dealer to update Gracenote even if it involves replacing the majority of the infotainment software with a newer version just so as to get a later Gracenote database. Steve
