Hi all, I've been floating around on the site for a bit, but thought i'd jump in now!

I finally took the plunge a year ago and bought myself an early 4.4...having wanted one for years.

First owner was as an old Swedish crooner with a penchant for nice cars, so i'm hoping he looked after it: could be the opposite though!

She's just had a bath and scrub. I just have to work out how to keep her this clean now....

at least the sun came out...

I need to change over to summer tyres soon over here, but my whole set were stolen 2 weeks ago. My own stupid fault. We were having work done on our basement, so moved them outside behind the house under wraps for a couple of weeks. Crime not usual for around here, but obviously not hidden well enough.

That's good to hear. I'm a novice when it comes to repairs, but hopefully that will change, particularly with all the fantastic info on the site. Although with no ramp access, I guess I'm limited to access from above!

If any doctor knows how to do a download of Hayland's brain, or any of the other experts, i'd pay good money for it (at least the FFRR related parts!)

Maybe someone can help explain my first silly newbie question. There is no 'trim/model' badge on the back. She came with sat nav, heated seats front and back, heated steering, sunroof, no phone. Does anyone know what spec that would make her?

I guess they are same specs levels in EU as UK?

Well it's Vogue spec but you could spec up an HSE to Vogue spec with extras... saw one when I was looking...

Put it in off road height and open a door (Not the boot, opening a door stops the suspension from self levelling) and you will find there is enough room to do most things underneath it....

Download Rave from the WIKI and have a read.... I read it all (I know I'm sad) and I have to say it has a terrible ending...

Well worth reading the handbook from cover to cover as well, it's amasing how many questions on here are answered in the hand book...  Pete
