Hi guys ,decided to go with RSW all comms in terms of a diagnostic tool. Now I'm having second thoughts as I've just found out that I might have to pay import duty. Which negates the cost ,making me think I should have gone the iid route, from the uk .Any one have any experience of buying All comms at all.

From my car part import tales, you do sometimes find, that if its sent by USPS... the Royal Mail bring it to your house. They do all those calculations mentioned above, and add their own £12 duty collection fee. They will drop you a card, saying its at your local. Depot, and you turn up with the money. Possibly £40-50 plus £12.
