Hi All, I'm a new member & 1st post so please bare with me. I have owned a 2004 l322 for past 3 yrs or so. I think I need a new/replacement 'ECU'. Problem is that suspension won't go up or down & have ABS & other warning lights continually light on dashboard, also have ,'air suspension inactive & hdc inactive' message. Been quoted £1,600 for new ECU & was wondering if anyone knows if I can get a used one anywhere.
Also been told that the support brackets on my aftermarket side steps are corroded & need replacement, are replacement brackets available anywhere?

Welcome to the mad house.

Please give an exact description of your symptoms, I doubt for one minute you need an ECU or to spend anywhere near that amount of money to fix it...

Just give us a 1.2.3. of all your symptoms...

Dynamic Stability Control, ABS & Emergency Brake Assist warning lights on. On dashboard "Air Susp Inactive & HDC inactive messages. Air Suspension control light continually on in facia.

OK... First thing to check is battery voltage, should be over 14volts when engine running and 12.6volts with engine off... Poor voltage causes all sorts of problems as the systems are very sensitive..

Is the suspension at the correct height and does your speedo work?? Pete
