Settings on air suspension.

Hi guys ,just had my All comms delivered . I am trying to sort out my suspension levels for each of the levels. I.e off road,etc. The car looks like a hot rod at the moment.
I am wondering if their are pre determined defaults that I should be using . Also does anyone know if the numbers given on the all comms parameters are in mm .
