bumper and rack bolts

Hello, under the front bumper skin there is threaded inserts in bar to accept the factory bull bar, I’m thinking they are likely 10mm but don’t know for sure, anyone know what thread this is and the roof rack bolts? Thank You

Can't help with the bumper inserts but the inserts for the roof rack feet are M8.

Had a look in RAVE under Accessories for Nudge Bar/Protection Bar, and although it shows the bolts it doesn't indicate size. Might have to be a bumper off job to find out. Can confirm that the roof rack bolts are M8 though. .
