modifying wings for 2012 lights

hi all,

i have seen may posts re converting the 2002 > 2012 RR lighting up front and they all either say modify the wings or change them however no detail is listed as to what needs modifying can anyone shed any light on this?

You have to cut a bit off and also bond on the later plastic fixing for the later bumper, loads of pics around, try a search.... Pete
