TDV8 MY08 fuel filler cap retaining lanyard

Hi Dan,

My fuel filler cap rubber lanyard has perished - what's the cheapest fix for this using new parts?

20 years ownership of Solihull products, ALL GONE NOW, sniff!
Current motor: Suzuki S-Cross 4WD auto, 1.4 petrol. Oh so reliable! 8 years now and no problems. Oh, all right then, a leaking shocker replaced under guarantee.

And my 1st Rangie: in 1995, a 2-door VM 2.5 diesel Classic
Not to mention the Lada Niva before those. (I said not to mention it!)

mine snapped as well ,
just place it in the holder on the flap.

that piece of rubber is a wasted idea 2007 tdv8 se ,stornaway grey

Got to say my rubber belt perished and snapped (much like the original) I now use an old lanyard but any old bit of string would do instead. I like my lanyard because it's purple Geoff
