I need to change the front pads on my '06 TD6. Euro car parts are showing two different sizes when I enter my reg no. One is for Teves and the other is for the Lucas system. How do I find out which one I have please without taking a pad out to compare?

Ask Dan to run your reg number, he can tell you, and give you a good price for OE pads....

Depending on your wheels you should be able to see the pad shape enough to tell the difference, through the wheel... Pete

Thanks Pete. I've had a look through the wheels but I can't tell the difference. Apparently the make should be on the callipers somewhere but I would kind of likr to know before I buy. I'll give Dan a shout to see if he can help.

I know for sure the early BMW FFRR are Teves ATE. .

Cheers Joe. I've had a nosey through the wheel spokes and compared what I can see with images on the eurocarparts website. I'm pretty sure I've got Lucas callipers. But I could be wrong (usually am!) but watch this space.
