They also do drums intended for feed/grain storage which take 75kg, these are large plastic containers at £9.50 & VAT plus carriage which would hold a reasonable amount of water, I have seen these used as rainwater butts, maybe several could be used together. I use mine for loads of stuff, Just something like cleaning the drive takes about 30 minutes with mine. When it broke I borrowed nextdoor's Karcher and the same job took 3 bloody hours. Oh, and I've had it 12 years with 1 repair in that time.

The trouble is with using rainwater, is you don't really have the best pressure, at the end of the lance! Because tap water, has a pressure, that a typical butt, or tank, doesn't.
