Now I quite like the cooler weather, especially if it brings snow, however -30C is the minimum operating temperature our engines will support, Diesel or Petrol. That is if you are running 0W/30 oil too. If you're running 10W/40 your oil only works down to -10C

The heated steering wheel would be handy, until the battery went flat a few minuted later |

Heated Screen is possibly the best feature on the car. Whilst both sides are working lol. |

Is the engine block heater an option in the Uk ? I wonder if it can be reto fitted ? they are quite common in Canada and supermarket car parks in some provinces have rows of power points to hook up for free.

When I was up in the Highlands last Christmas, I bought Castrol Edge. I can't remember what the rating was but it worked well in the car. It reached -17 while I was up there but the car started first time, every time. Paul
