from experience with some older rangies, -if you have a stainless system made up, pay particular attention, to the rev range, at around 2500 rpm, its at this engine speed that many 'drone' very badly, and when cruising, its really loud in the car. revving on the spot makes you think you like it. but hold it at that speed, (driving) and listen hard.
there is science around this, its called 'harmonics', and the noise can drive you mad.

United Kingdom 2009 Range Rover Vogue 4.2 SC V8 Buckingham Blue

These are what are on mine, the blue/black cars is a Hartge full system fitted by LR and is supposed to add 16hp? and sounds awesome but was expensive about 4500 GBP, the others are Hartge rear silencers all sound great.

Pictures are in the gallery as haven't figured out how to get them in post yet!
