The screws (all 12 of them) that secure the lid onto the air-boxes have all corroded, so I'll replace before they get that bad I can't unscrew them.
Can you price me up some please?

Not as easy as that... this is what they are...



It's a 5mm socket head 25mm long self tapper that measures to a 9g.... just about impossible to get I would think... closest I can find are these, choose a 10g (No10) 25mm length and they will "probably" fit....... They are A2 stainless so should stay fresh looking.......

It could be the straw that broke the camels back as the plastic will be brittle and the new screws are fully threaded so it may crack the box...

I'd just take all the old ones out and leave them in a pot of vinegar for a few days to get all the rust off, then paint them, the threads will never rust in as they aren't going into metal... I suppose they could expand and crack the plastic that way.... Pete
