Different mats pre 2007?

Is there a difference in the floor pan size/shape or pedal positions which would affect the fitting of a used set of four 2007 rubber mats into a 2006 car?

Reason for asking is I've just noticed there are different part numbers listed so am wondering how different they actually are
EAH000261PMA for 2002-2006 and
EAH500320PMA for 2007-2010 2006MY 4.2 SC

Yes - its only the rears that are different due to different front seat mounts
