Silverlight is a Microsoft thing, think of it like Java for Internet Explorer. It's pretty poo TBH.

Chrome works fine for that link. Thumbs Up

Hmmm,

I dont think its Vista causing you problems, im running a HP Pavilion a6115 mini-tower (2007 vintage) and the operating system is Windows Vista. I do use Firefox (latest version is 49.0.1) for all internet activity.
I have just opened the Russion site that Stan suggested and it works ok
I would check your anti virus software settings both on any third party one like Norton and your internet explorer settings. Check your permissions settings.
Good Luck !!!!!

Miggit, I've had that access denied message. It's a URL matter.

Just type lrparts.ru in the browser and hit enter.

You'll get the page in Russian. Click the button which says "In English" and you should be good.

See if you can get onto any other Russian sites such as the news site rt.com or any others you might google. I'm just thinking your network/computer safety filters might be "protecting" you. 2006MY 4.2 SC
