I have for sale my car communications ipod/usb/bluetooth adapter. Bought this a year ago and now is no longer of use to me as ive donated the car to the missus.
Works spot on and have fitting instructions included.

The LR-Media device connects to your car's fibre optic audio network and provides a fully integrated Bluetooth Phone system (with address book access for most phones) and a digital iPod connection emulating the CD changer of your Land Rover or Range Rover with Alpine 6CD-465 or the newer touchscreen stereos.
