Anyone knows whether diagnostics monitor if the transmission is changed?
Or rebuilt?

If your asking if the car knows it has a new or rebuilt box then no it doesn't, you can reset the adaptations on the gearbox ECU if you fit a new or rebuilt box and it will relearn it's parameters.

Personally I wouldn't reset them, it will take a little longer to learn it's new place in life but it is not such a shock to it....  Pete
