anyone near Bromsgrove B60

First of all a healthy, happy and successful 2017 to you all

secondly I have bought a 1937 car on pics only, payed a deposit and I wonder if anyone could just check if the owner lives on the given address and if he has the car. It is in Bromsgrove.
It would be awfully kind and a good bottle of strong stuff will be yours to start the new year with.
