Wiper issue

Anyone ever had the wipers stop mid screen? I have had it happen twice now, just stop mid screen and then go again? Is the park switch built into the wiper motor or is separate?

Just experiencing the same problem on the wifes 2008 SC. I replaced the relay and that didn't do it so off to the dealer, only a 4 hour drive.
