All that was left of the old boot floor, we drilled out the spot welds and cut the old floor out in sections



Wire brushed and rust treated and under sealed the crossmember before the boot floor went in

I was going to say you could tidy the top of the underside up whilst you had the floor cut out....and easy access... you prob done that already....

New panel looks good. Are you covering it in stone chip and paint or whatever, or leaving as is?

Some folk have added extra soundproofing there too, if I remember right....

All put back together, the owner wants the top leaving as it is to prove its had a new boot floor, we have the sills to repair and blast the underside and dinitrol it in the next few days.
