If you put you chassis number in Microcat for Land Rover, it also gives all this infomation.

The pre-wiring isn't listed in the EPC/Microcat (worth a download) The way to tell is to lift the inside of your cubby box out and see if you have a spare plug in there somewhere - this is where it would plug into the phone cradle.
