I've added the digital voltmeter across the battery and an old analogue VDO ammeter in series. It's also now configured for ignition control, i.e., it won't connect unless the ignition is on and the main battery voltage is above the minimum setting.

Once I've finished fiddling with the design, I'll re-hash it into a better looking unit. I'm thinking of adding some Anderson PowerPole connectors so the panel can be quickly removed.

I have one of these kits http://vk2bv.org/home/projects/powerpole-distribution-box/ sitting on the bench waiting to be built and installed. Ron B. VK2OTC
