It the first MOT since i bought the car, and no problems, only advisory note was 001- (emissions to clean to test)
But still it cost over £500 to tax the dam thing lol

I had a look at the dash cam footage, cause i was bored, and you can see the mechanic try to jack the car up, presumably to check the wheel bearings, but he couldn't, then as he was sat in the car he was moaning to himself that you cant jack the dam thing up, and how the funk do you change the spare tyre, , it passed so im happy Dave

Interesting... but I would be wary of just how he was trying to jack it. Clearly not much of a mechanic and inexperienced with an airsprung vehicle! Hope he hasnt caused any damage being an imbecile!

They insisted they couldn't get my RR into 'jacking mode' so would not change the brake pads.

Can you believe the idiots actually thought that lowering the vehicle made it easier to jack up? Their logic - we lower it to lock the suspension.....(locking an air bag....er......)

My mot guys have a 4 post with a rolling jack. They get it in the air no problem.

Not saying that they are slapdash a they aren't, and have failed some of my stuff on occasion, but with the ff he has one so knows them inside out and rattles through the testing in double quick time!! There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
