Fuse 7 15 amp is the fuse in the rear that looks after the auxiliary coolant pump. Mine keeps blowing and I've been trying to find out what else is on that circuit.

My rear fuse box is completely different to the handbook????? 2017 5.0 Autobiography Supercharged

Nine times out of ten the auxiliary coolant pump has gone pop , why are you both looking at the fuse first? 2008 MY Supercharged

Our 2007 SC suffered a loss of power on the motorway and the reduced engine performance warning light came on. This was diagnosed as being due to a defective water pump which serves the supercharger. The water pump was replaced an the problem was resolved.

I'm not and the OP was asking about the fuse, so I told him.

My pump was changed last October and, due to the fact I was still getting reduced engine performance, the wiring was looked at again in January. I still got reduced engine performance warning so did some research and found that a fuse, in the rear, can cause problems. A little more research and I found that fuse 7, protects the pump and mine was blowing every time the ignition was turned on. The research is not helped by the fact that the fuse box diagram in the handbook, is different to the actual car; significantly.

That's as far as I've got so far and I'm trying to identify if there's any other electrics being protected by fuse 7. I need to eliminate everything else to identify if the pump is no good. 2017 5.0 Autobiography Supercharged

I had a pump failure on mine that gave me that warning.

Always easy to check a fuse first just in case... Alex

My indy ran a new cable from fuse 7 to the pump and no longer does the fuse blow hence the pump works all the time, as it should so no more reduced engine performance. 2017 5.0 Autobiography Supercharged

Yes, it is and everytime I started the engine it blew. The new cable was added which sorted the problem. 2017 5.0 Autobiography Supercharged
