Have you had the discs off and checked that the discs and the hub are clean.

Not so much run out that causes judder, rather thickness. If you have .05 one side of the disc and .04 the other, in the same position on the disc, then you have the disc almost 1mm thicker at one point and that will certainly cause judder. |

It looks like there is enough lip on the disks to justify recutin them. if you do, make sure they cut the inside of the hub to, so that you end up with the disks that have all three sides perfectly parallel to each other. clean all the mating surfaces really well before putting everything back together. this has cured my vibration. |

Steve, promise not to laugh, old machinist in my neighbourhood cut two front disks for 30 KM (13 pounds total) and you can watch him work and have pint of lager to. |

yep, I misread your post, couldn't be bothered to find my glasses when I came in, sorry. But it would not be the difference anyway, they will be added together so one tenth of a mil. That would cause judder I would think. |
