Can the system in new models be retro fitted to a 2015 autobiography with HUD ?

I doubt it would be cheap.

IMHO you'd be better off with a subscription to Pocket GPS World and show the speed cameras on the sat nav as POI's

I download all the Gatso's by speed - so each camera shows on the sat nav with the appropriate speed in the image. I load the average speed & mobiles in one go as it's quicker, but the Gatsos I find worthwhile to split by speed (basic instructions here)
