How do I access park cable ??

Ok I'm stuck and need to get recovered Big Cry but am trying to access park cable , 07 tdv8 , does the panel lift out with the special program control knob etc ?? , any info would be great , stew . 07 VSE

The handbrake emergency release for my 2012 model is in the compartment at the back,the righthand one close to the fusebox. 2012 TDV8 Vogue SE 4.4
