My 2011 vogue se has a logic 7 sound system in it, and i have read that the autobiography models have the lovic 7 HD system... can anyone tell me what the difference between the two is, and if i can upgrande mine to the hd system.

I'm guessing then, possibly just the amplifier. I did read somewhere that the HD system had a 1200w class D amplifier. Not sure what amp the standard logic 7 system comes with, but i cant see them changing all the speakers for different ones...

Ah... quite a few different speakers and looks like more of them...

Though I can't see where the extra speakers are....

Here, it gives more spec info, inc about a D class amp as you mentioned.

It also says 5 speakers have midrange and tweeters combined...hence going from 14 to 19 speakers..... though that's a bit of a cheeky statement;

I think it was an option an all models. Maybe std on Autobiography. Mine is a Vogue SE and I was lucky enough to land it with the HD 1200w.

So, perhaps changing the 4 speakers from one way to the two way versions and upgrading the amp to the 1200 watt class d might do the trick then...

I still find the sub bass is very capable, but lacks output on music playback which is a shame. I wonder if there is any way of amplifying the signal from the sub amp to the speaker with another high level amp in between...

I turned the Logic 7 bit off on mine and it's much better. Sound comes out the door speakers lol.

Swapping amp and speakers would do it provided connections are the same and it doesn't need to be coded or something daft. 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

I just have the standard logic 7 setup on mine and it goes loud enough, and is pretty clear.

I know as I had it loud yesterday!  There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
