How to smarten up exterior handles without the bling?

Hi, we took the plunge today and my Dad has bought a beautiful Epsom Green HSE. Only signs of its age are the exterior door handles. Can I get body colour door handle covers anywhere or would I just have to buy a set in black or whatever and have them sprayed?

Not technically minded so i can't create a link for you but either go to fleabay and get either chrome or black covers or got to Powerfuluk site and they will have something for you.

Thanks guys, i'd seen the chrome and black ones, not really into the whole chrome thing, each to their own.

I guess it would just be a case of getting a set of the black ones sprayed in Epsom then?

Thanks again

Thumbs Up

I would assume that a paint shop can just colour code your existing handles and you wouldnt need to buy the covers Thumbs Up

This is the old girl, former dealer owned so nicely specced up, full dealer service history, last serviced end of Jan and MOT'd same time.

Previous owner has JUST put a new gearbox in which is warrantied so hopefully no drive train issues.

Absolutely immaculate and ticked all the right boxes for my Dad, ie didn't want privacy glass or "big" wheels or chrome bits etc etc.

I am REALLY impressed with the dealer if anyone wants to use him in the future I would have no hesitation reccomending him.

Bazza,

Good to hear you got a rover for the old man!

I can also vouch for the dealer: Michael is a cracking dude! Bought my Vogue from him just over 3 weeks ago...

Would definitely deal with him again. Thumbs Up

Michael is a superb fella to do business with.

I'd been told prices were strengthening too so we moved quickly to get this one. A mate of mine told me 2 months ago a £12k car would now be more like £14k - can't be bad!

He is happy with a TomTom and doesnt like sunroofs anyway so more than pleased with a HSE.
