Can you retrofit InControl?

Does anyone know if you can retrofit the InControl system to a L405 2014 5 litre Supercharged please?

I have asked the question twice. One to the main dealer and the other to Jag / Land rover and they said speak to the main dealer.
I have the first InControl system but I was thinking about WiFi.
