opinions please

hi all I have an electrical gremlin only one ! lol my intermittent wipers wont work they do one sweep then park if I mopve the delay switch they sweep once again then park any ideas ? tia should say its a 53 plate hse cheers

Do you have rain sensor ?

Do the wipers work OK in 1 (on) and 2 (fast) positions?

Any faults ? .

Have you tried a watering can over the rear view mirror? Thats where the sensor is...
