Sat nav stays on

I posted in technical but maybe this forum better. My logic 7 system has 80% crapped out. Have been running half a radio amp and no 2nd logic 7 amp for over a year. Battery drain appears to be from sat nav staying on. For now I've pulled the fuse.
Anyone know what causes the sat nav to not shut down?
